• Help students develop themselves to be able to evolve into a Director/Higher level role within 10-15 years of graduation while earning over 1 Crore per annum in India or over $250,000 if they are building their careers in the United States.·

Before Application :
What is the difference between a Campus Affiliate & Campus Ambassador ?
Any member is eligible to become a campus affiliate and promote leader classes on campus/ across social channels and gain rewards that can be redeemed towards our courses and event fees. The campus ambassador on other hand is expected to engage deeper, take and accomplish specific sales, business development and other targets. The campus ambassador is also allowed to redeem rewards in cash subject to accomplishment of specified targets. Additionally campus ambassadors will also receive a certificate of recognition and may be invited to be a part of the organizing committee for our offline events.
Who can apply?
Students having strong leadership skills and immense love for Entrepreneurship/ Business with the following traits are most welcome to be a part of our extended family :-
a. Any motivated & proactive student across any department in any year across any University passionate about Leadership Development, learning,creativity, innovation and information-sharing with strong Inter-personal, Marketing & Communication Skills.
b. A candidate who is able to plan and execute events, manage a budget and is actively involved in student life on campus – Extra-curricular, Student Organizations.
What is the time commitment?
While there is no upper limit on the engagement duration for the Campus Ambassador, there are stringent performance metrics the Campus Ambassador is expected to accomplish on a monthly basis. On an average, we suggest you might have to put 4-8 hours per week depending on your schedule and conduct 4-6 workshops/events on behalf of us per year.
When should I apply?
The Campus Ambassador program runs throughout the year to accommodate different academic calendars. Please apply a month before your planned starting date.
What documents must I submit while applying?
To apply, you will need to fill the online application Form and upload your resume in PDF format along with a photograph of yours. Subsequent stages might expect you to submit a video of yourself presenting a specific topic.
Do I need a professor's recommendation?
Recommendations while being helpful are not mandatory. However, your passion, enthusiasm and ability to get things done are crucial for success in this role.

Tasks: What will be my tasks as a Campus Ambassador?
If selected, you will essentially be required to accomplish the following :·

What support will be provided by Leaderclasses team?
Awesome Firms will provide adequate resources and guidance for successful execution of both online & offline planned marketing activities. For arranging for seminars, pre-approved expenses will be re-imbursed at actuals & will be agreed to & signed off on email prior to commencement of organizing efforts.
Would I need to be active during my college / university exams as well?
You would not be asked to organize an activity during your exams, but you continue earning points by participating in the social media campaigns if you want.
Will I get points for partially doing a task?
No, points will be credited only when you complete a task.
How can I track my progress / points earned?
You can log in to our portal and view your progress against other Campus Ambassadors on the Campus Ambassador Leaderboard, updated each week.
How can I be a high performing Campus Ambassador?
We expect the following from a high performing Awesome Firms Campus Ambassador:·
Stay on top of the requirements and continue to review your progress·
Focus on getting the message of Leadership Development on campus, don't get too fussed if you don't make your referrals·
Please do not engage in any unethical and immoral means to promote Awesome Firms. When in doubt, please check with us.·
Don’t try to game the referral and point system,we will be reviewing your progress. Let us know if you are falling behind on deadlines and events. We understand if you are busy and things come up. Can I do any additional activities to generate more interest/enrollments from my campus? Yes, you can. The set of activities we have defined, are standard across the campuses, and the bare minimum requirement. Above that you can conduct different activities to spread awareness and get a higher response. We always appreciate added initiatives. Do share your ideas with us
Can I be removed / terminated from the program?
Yes, a campus ambassador can be terminated from the program under the following two scenarios :·
• They do not meet our minimum bar in terms of performance will be relieved from their responsibilities at the end of the first month.·
• They are found indulging in any immoral, unethical activities or any other activities we at our sole discretion determine to be inimical to us engaging in badmouthing the company, or trying to game the point system.
Do I continue to be a campus ambassador even after completing my course of study?
No, once you have completed your course, you would no longer be an Awesome Firms campus ambassador. However, you can still work with us as an Affiliate by referring us to your peers & earning commensurate points which can be redeemed against the courses offered on the platform.
What if I want to withdraw from the program?
You can withdraw from the program if you want by sending us a notice at least 2 weeks prior.

How will I get the rewards?
The rewards will be credited to you at pre determined intervals upon accomplishment of specified targets. More details will be shared with you at an appropriate stage.
How will I get a PPI with Awesome Firms? In which domain will I get the PPI?
You will be eligible for a PPI if you are amongst the top 10% performers in our Campus Ambassador Program. Please note that along with the interview you will have to undergo the complete recruitment process as per our company’s policies. The job profile would be offered based on the students’ qualifications, skills and company’s requirements at that time.
When will I get the certificate?
An e-certificate would be provided on successful completion of your stint as our Campus Ambassador.
Is there a fixed monthly stipend or my expenses would be covered by Awesome Firms?
The Campus Ambassador will be paid 5% of the Registration fee (Minus the payment gateway charges & GST) for each student registration that can be attributed to him/her (Via a code) with a monthly payout upon accomplishment of specified targets. There are no other monetary benefits offered.
