Our Programs are delivered to participants from many different countries – in recognition of this, we intend to process all data in accordance with principles of internationally accepted best practices and in compliance with the legal provisions relating to data protection in India. We regularly review our compliance with the policy contained herein (the “Policy”) and attend to grievance redressal, promptly from time to time. To safeguard your personal data, all electronic storage and transmission of personal data are secured with appropriate security technologies. DATA POLICY Privacy Policy covers all information we collect from you through our Site including but not limited to personal information, when you sign up for a user account, enroll under the appropriate category of programs, register for the proctored exam, send us email messages and/or participate in our public forums (wherever applicable). In addition, collection of certain usage information about student performance and patterns of learning might occur. This includes tracking information indicating, among other things, which pages of our Site were visited, the order in which they were visited, when they were visited and which hyperlinks and other user interface controls were used, etc. We may also log the IP address, operating system and browser software used by each user of the Site and we may be able to determine from an IP address a user's Internet Service Provider and the geographic location of his or her point of connectivity. LeaderClasses directly collects information when you :-
a) Sign up for a LeaderClasses user account and create a LeaderClasses user profile; b) Enroll and participate in online programs or/and offline summits; c) Purchase a product or service (for example, Masterclasses through Web portal); d) Send email messages to LeaderClasses; e) Participate in user surveys & f) Participate in Masterclasses, webinars & other interactive experiences on the LeaderClasses Site. g) We also collect some data automatically, like information about your device, ISP, time zone and what parts of our programs you interact with or spend time using. 1.1 Data You Provide to Us We may collect different data from or about you depending on how you use our Programs. If you choose not to provide certain information required to provide you with various products and services offered on the LeaderClasses Site, then you may not be able to establish a user account or obtain those products or services.

Program Data When you enroll in and participate in programs, we collect certain data including which modules, parts and content you have started and completed in addition to your exchanges with us, over the forms and other items submitted to satisfy the course’s requirements.
Account Data In order to use certain features (like enrolling in one of the five programs), you need to create a user account. When you create or update your account, we collect and store the data you provide, like your email address, password, gender and date of birth and assign you a unique user account number (“Account Data”).
Profile Data You can also choose to provide profile information like a photo, resume, social media / network link(s) and various other data that builds a distinct, fully complete profile.
Public Data Parts of the programs may display your content (comments) with other users or share them publicly, including by posting reviews on a course page, asking questions via forms (wherever present) or getting in touch with queries over automated methods provided on the Site.
Payment Data If you make payments, we collect certain data about your transaction (such as your name and address / pin code) as necessary information to process your order. You must provide certain payment and billing data directly to our payment processing partner, including your name, credit / debit card information, billing address and pin code, as and when required by those payment processing partners. For security purposes, LeaderClasses does not itself collect or store financial account numbers or identification issued by a governmental entity, employer, or other authority (such as full credit/debit card numbers, card authentication data or such similar information used in other modes of online payment). Instead, if you choose to make a purchase on the edX Site, you will be directed to LeaderClasses’ third-party payment processor and LeaderClasses’ third-party ID verification service provider. If you do not wish to submit the required authentication or payment information, then you will not be able to register for any particular online program/offline summit or access any course content offered by LeaderClasses.
Other Data We may obtain certain information through your social media or other online accounts if they are provided by you, for a complete distinct profile. For example, depending on the platform of service we may collect your name, profile picture, unique account number, login email address, location, physical location of your access devices, gender, birthday and other such basic information, as you wish to provide.Those platforms and services make information available to us through their APIs. The information we receive depends on what information you (via your privacy settings) or the platform of service decide(s) to give us. If you access or click on any third-party links, such as advertisements that are properly moderated and appear across different places across the Site, the collection, use and sharing of your data will also be subject to the privacy policies and other agreements of that third party.
Support Data If you contact us for support or to report a problem or concern (regardless of whether you have created an account), we collect and store your contact information, messages and other data about you like your name, email address, location, operating system, IP address, the feedback / comment and any other data you provide or that we collect through automated means (which we elucidate below). This data is stored by us and associated with your account.
2. How Protocol / Log Files & Cookie Data is obtained We use third-party browser and mobile analytics services like Google Analytics, on our Site.
LeaderClasses use Cookies & other Tracking Technologies and Data Collection Tools to help us analyze for the following purposes :-
a) When necessary for system administration, security, and integrity to ensure the LeaderClasses Site works properly for you. Without these technologies, the LeaderClasses may not function correctly.
b) To enable analytics,performance and functionality, to help LeaderClasses gather information about how visitors use the LeaderClasses Site (your use of the Services, including information like the third-party website you arrive from, how often you visit,events within the Services, usage and performance data and where the application was downloaded from. c) To support marketing by enabling LeaderClasses to deliver content relevant to your interests on the LeaderClasses Site & third-party sites based on how you interact with LeaderClasses. 2.1 How we get this data Awesome Firms and our consented service providers that are part of the Site (above mentioned content monetization tools) use server log files and automated data collection tools like cookies, tags, scripts, customized links, device or browser fingerprints and web beacons (together, “Data Collection Tools”) when you access and use the Services. These Data Collection Tools automatically track and collect certain Technical Data and Site Data (as detailed in Section 1: 1.2) when you browse across the Site. Where & How your Data is shared We share certain data about you with analytics and data enrichment providers, your social media providers and companies helping us run advertisements who help us promote our site. Track LeaderClasses Site usage against goals & mission :–
This includes performing analytics to evaluate access to and performance in online events and to report aggregate usage information (not Personal Information) to business partners and external audiences.
To Power Social Media Features :- The social media features in the Site (like the Facebook Like/Share button) may allow the third-party social media provider to collect things like your IP address and which page of the Site you’re visiting and to set a cookie that enables the feature. Security Awesome Firms takes appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal data that we collect and store. Only a confirmation email about this shall be intimated and no reimbursement or refunds are possible, under any circumstances.
With respect to your LeaderClasses account, LeaderClasses will permanently :-
a) Deactivate your LeaderClasses account. b) Remove your active profile. c) Retire your username & d) Remove you from LeaderClasses email lists.
Please note: even after your account is terminated, some or all of your data may still be visible to others, including without limitation any data that has been (a) copied, stored, or disseminated by other users (for example, over the social media elements) (b) shared or disseminated by you or others (including in your shared content mentioned above); or (c) posted to a third-party platform. Even after your account is terminated, we retain your data for as long as we have a legitimate purpose to do so (and in accordance with applicable law), including to assist with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. We may retain and disclose such data pursuant to this Privacy Policy after your account has been terminated. We reserve the right to do this, for our internal Quality Assurance purposes and an as detailed approach to improve our Programs in the future, as possible.
